Account Setup

To order documents via FIZ AutoDoc, you need a loginID and a password which you or your in-house document supply service will obtain from FIZ Karlsruhe.

  1. To set up your account please read our customer agreement and order form incl. our terms and conditions.
  2. If you accept the terms and conditions, complete the customer agreement and order form.
  3. Print this customer agreement and order form.
  4. Send the signed form by e-mail, mail or by fax to:

  5. If you would like to receive a collective invoice covering all your locations (even in different countries), you have to enter into an additional agreement with us.

Please note:

  • The ordering organization may request several loginIDs and passwords for its users. Usually, these are included into one collective monthly invoice. Upon request, separate invoices for the different loginIDs are also available.
  • For each loginID, the delivery address information of the end-user, the e-mail address, fax number, phone number etc. is stored.
  • This data is automatically passed on to the document supplier when a document is ordered.
  • When requesting your loginIDs and passwords, please indicate which mailing or fax address the full-text documents are to be sent to. If required, you may correct or complement your delivery address online, or enter temporary delivery addresses.
