Bayerische Staatsbibliothek (BSB)
- The name of the DRM format used by the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek is: WWW/DRM
- The format name used in FIZ AutoDoc for ordering is: PDF / DRM FileOpen. This is due to the fact that the technology used is provided by FileOpen Systems.
- After ordering a document, the delivery of the DRM-protected document will be announced by a separate e-mail.
- The document will be delivered as an e-mail attachment. It is necessary to save the attachment on your local hard drive before you open it. It is not possible to save the document once it has been opened. The saved document can be opened 10 times (storage time 30 days) before it expires.
Please Note:
- For using the DRM delivery option, an Adobe Reader plug-in must be installed. Plug-ins for the different operating systems are available for download from FileOpen Systems. The installation of the plug-in is free of charge.
- Use the test document of FileOpen Systems to verify that the plug-in is working and that you can open and process FileOpen documents.
- If you have any difficulty accessing or printing the sample document, contact the FIZ AutoDoc Help Desk or the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, Direktlieferdienste at doklief(at)bsb-muenchen.de or +49-89-28638-2643.
