Consolidation of order forms “as Free Text (single)“ and “as Free Text (multiple)“ within one single order mask

25. March 2015

One unified order mask (“Free Text Order”) each will be available for your free text orders of documents or of patents.

The consolidated form for non-patent literature can be accessed via “Order Document > Free Text Order”. The equivalent form for patents will be available via “Order Patent > Free Text Order”.

Please note:

  • You may enter single or multiple orders in the free text input field.
  • If you enter multiple orders, please separate these orders by at least one blank line.
  • Each order will be treated as a manual request and will be processed intellectually by the FIZ AutoDoc Bibliographic Service Team.
  • Your single order will be automatically assigned an order number.
  • Once processed by the FIZ AutoDoc Bibliographic Service Team, your multiple orders will appear in the order history.
  • There is an extra charge for manual order processing, see price list:

For administrators of a FIZ AutoDoc customized solution:

  • Please check the availability of “Free Text Order” forms for your corporate end users and update your ”Menu Customization” options via your “Account Settings” menu, if necessary.

You may place single or multiple free text orders with the new unified “Free Text Order” form.
